It’s the single most important issue for your health and fitness. It can make you or break you. It can keep you out of hospital and the Emergency Room and prolong your life.
So how much should you drink?
That’s a little complicated. Someone who works outdoors is going to need more water than someone who spends most of his or her time indoors. And in this age, a lot of us are indoors, so we really don’t need that much extra water.
There are some ways to know if you’re drinking enough water or not. One way is to see if you feel dizzy on standing up, and if your skin is unusually wrinkled. That usually means you need more water.
