Blog 19: Who really needs multivitamins?

You need to take multivitamins if you are

-over 65

-vegetarian or vegan

-on a gluten free or lactose free diet

-pregnant or breastfeeding

-medical conditions like celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, anemia, etc.

-an athlete

The rest do not need a daily multivitamin. However, if you want to be careful, take one multivitamin twice a week or on weekends only.
