2. Look at Your Palms and Fingertips
Compare your palms and fingertips to someone else’s. If they look paler than usual, it could be a sign of iron deficiency.

3. Get a Blood Test
The most accurate way to know is by getting a blood test. A CBC (Complete Blood Count) can check your hemoglobin levels. If they’re low, you might be iron deficient. The test also measures the size of your red blood cells, which can help confirm if it’s iron deficiency anemia
